Director of Learning Partners, Janice Ireland, has extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and up-to-date knowledge of global developments in this field. She is passionate about creating a culture of inclusive education and believes that getting learning experiences right in early childhood is the best form of intervention. Janice integrates neuroscience and best-practice into her work with educators. She is inspired by research from The Center on The Developing Child at Harvard University, and believes that experiences in early childhood shape the architecture of the developing brain and lay the foundation for future learning, behaviour and health.

Janice is recognised for her expertise in curriculum design and implementation. In 2015, she was commissioned by Fieldwork Education to research and design The International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC). This innovative and research-based curriculum was launched in 2016 and is now implemented in hundreds of schools and early years settings world-wide. Janice describes Learning Partners services as professional, evidence-based and learning-focused. She looks forward to working with people that are interested in Moving Learning Forward!
